So often we have discomforts that get in the way of functioning fully in our lives. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to help take care of those discomforts yourself? Maybe take the edge off a pain you are having or the uncomfortable feeling in your gut, or quiet the uneasiness that’s holding you back? You can do this by using a simple practice, Source Energy Healing Technique.
All living things are made of Source Energy often referred to as Universal Energy. I choose to call this energy Source. Our bodies vibrate with this energy on all levels: physical body, energy body, psycho/emotional body, wisdom body, and bliss body. (In yoga these are the five koshas or levels of being.) Sometimes, there is an imbalance going on that we may not even realize. It may come from an old story that we hold within our heart center and body’s cells. Other times, an imbalance will blatantly catch our attention by showing-up in our physical bodies, causing discomfort of some kind. Though it shows up in the physical body, it is most likely living in the other layers too. No matter how or where the discomfort shows-up or where it is living within you, you have the ability to help ease it, and with persistence, perhaps release it.
How can you do this? It’s a matter of beginning with intention then:
Source Energy combined with Heart Energy to do its healing work, bringing you to a place of greater balance, softening or possibly releasing a nagging health problem, or sharing with others.
In their book, Ask and It Is Given, Esther and Jerry Hicks write, “Well-Being flows: Well-Being wants you. Well-Being is lined-up outside your door.” Well-being can flow again when you begin to take care of yourself with Source Energy Healing Technique. I look forward to assisting you on your healing path with this amazing self-care technique!
